    Donair Star is my go to place.
    Prices are reasonable , ingredients are fresh (lettuce is  always fresh, green and crispy)
    Donairs are loaded with meat!!!!

    I live in Vancouver and drive to this in New West just for a Donair.

    The Donairs are worth the drive!!!

    Meh. Sauces had good flavour...but the beef was VERY weird. Won't be coming back. Lots of veggies which was a nice change from other donair places but seriously the beef was mushy and gross

    Great donair joint right by my place. The chicken is very flavourful, and the portions are large for what you're paying. It's mainly a grab and go kinda place, but there is a few tables next door if you feel like hanging around a bit.

    It's open for the most part of the day for lunch, dinner, and late night snacks, which makes it easy to avoid crowds at peak meal times. The wait can be a bit long if there's a line out the door, as there's usually only one person working.

    Was looking for a quick and cheap dinner on a Tuesday after running some errands. A Yelp search brought this place up a when we arrived we could smell it's delicious flavours from across the street! I had the veggie Donair (Lebanese) and husband had the super with lamb and chicken. Portions were huge and prices were cheap. The place was definitely popular with a lot of people taking their food to go. They have a small eating are but probably only about 12 people could fit there. Definitely coming back!

    I had lunch today at Donair Star.  What caught my eye about them is that they have "Halifax" donairs.  I'm originally from Nova Scotia so I thought I'd better check 'em out.

    I ordered a supreme donair with beef.  With a pop, it came to just $8!  It was delicious!  The meat was thick and spiced nicely.  The donair sauce was bang on.

    The place isn't fancy by any stretch of the imagination but it was definitely worth going for the donair!
